However, the reporter found through days of visits that the province's agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives service capacity improvement is still affected by internal and external factors.
Agricultural machinery cooperatives play a leading role in food production
In August, entering the rice heading period, the annual grain production "plant protection war" ushered in the peak. On the 13th, in Jinhua Village, Lianshan Town, Guanghan City, Xiong Hengkuan, a machine operator of the local Huimin agricultural machinery operation professional cooperative, drove a plant protection machine with a width of more than two meters in the field spraying pesticides.
"Now with a large plant protection machine, the operation is much more efficient!" Xiong Hengkuan told reporters that in previous years, in July and August to carry out plant protection services, it is a special person to carry the medicine bucket to the field manual spraying, and this year the cooperative raised 198,000 yuan to buy this large plant protection machine, and its work efficiency has been greatly improved than in the past.
"Two people operate the machine for one day and can spray about 250 acres of land." Xiong Hengkuang said that if the traditional manual spraying method is used, the two people can only serve about 30 mu of land a day. The new way not only improves the efficiency of the operation and saves manpower, but also enables the full mechanization service of Huimin agricultural machinery specialized cooperative to be implemented, and now the cooperative has increased the full mechanization operation area to more than 12,000 mu through the combined service mode of "full care" + "half care".
"At present, with the in-depth promotion of moderate scale management of grain in our province, the level of agricultural mechanization continues to improve, and the role of agricultural machinery cooperatives is also growing." Zhou Shan, deputy director of the agricultural Mechanization Department of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, said that as one of the main bodies of new agricultural operations, the service scope of the agricultural machinery cooperatives in our province has been expanded from the past single machine farming machine to the full process, and the innovative implementation of cooperative, ordering, hosting and other service models. Provincial Department of Agriculture data show that during this year's "double grab" period, the province participated in the service of more than 920 agricultural machinery cooperatives, serving 1.15 million households, operation service area of more than 3.8 million mu, respectively, an increase of 31%, 15% and 9% over the same period last year.
In 2007, there were only 50 agricultural machinery cooperatives in the province, and now there are nearly 1,000. The development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in our province has entered a period of transformation and upgrading, and more and more agricultural machinery cooperatives have begun to become the "double main body" of promoting agricultural machinery services and moderately large-scale grain growing. However, in the process of seeking their own development and improving the service level, they are faced with some constraints from themselves and the outside world, which have become the "bottleneck" problems plaguing their development.
